Healthier Lifestyle includes nib approved weight management programs, quit smoking and nicotine replacement. Sublimits apply to physiotherapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic and osteopathy. Please refer to factsheet for further details. Psychology has a sublimit of $150 for Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
