Who we are
We're a Sydney team specialising in private health insurance. We know how Australian cover is structured, how claims and limits work, and how to make the most of them. We don't sell insurance, and we don't recommend any insurer or policy. What we do is help you make better use of the cover you already have — understanding it, finding the right provider and booking appointments, in Chinese.
Why we do this
Many older people and new migrants pay for private health insurance every year, but because of language and unfamiliar processes, they don't know what they can claim or where to go — and their limits reset at year end. We want to make this simple.
How we make money
- It's free for you.
- Our income comes from partner providers: when you visit a partner provider through us, the provider pays us a service fee.
- That's why partner providers appear first in lists and are always labelled "Partner provider". Our sorting rules are published under "How we sort" on the map page.
- Providers don't charge you more because you booked through us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data — not to insurers, not to anyone.
- We don't give medical advice — please follow your practitioner's professional advice.
- We don't sell or recommend insurance — we only help you understand the cover you already have. We never suggest switching insurers or levels, and we take no commission from insurers.
- We don't represent any insurer — we're not affiliated with any health insurer, and we don't use insurers' logos.
