What is a podiatrist?
A podiatrist has completed a podiatry degree (usually three to four years) and is registered with the Podiatry Board of Australia through Ahpra. They diagnose and treat problems of the feet, ankles and lower limbs.

A podiatric surgeon is a podiatrist with further surgical training who can operate on the foot.
