We help you understand the Extras cover you already have, find providers, and arrange appointments. Our service is free for users.

2. We are not a health provider

Content on this website is general information and not medical advice. Please consult a qualified practitioner about treatment.

3. We don't sell insurance

We don't sell, recommend or compare insurance products, give insurance advice, or represent any insurer.

4. All amounts are estimates

Prices, rebates and cover calculations on this website are estimates. The provider's quote and your insurer have the final say.

5. Partner providers and sorting

Partner providers pay us a service fee, appear first in lists and are labelled "Partner provider". Non-partner provider information comes from public sources and may be out of date; providers can contact us to correct or remove it.

6. Booking requests

Submitting a form sends a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only once we confirm it with you. Provider fees and cancellation policies are set by the provider.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for the health services providers provide. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
