We connect Chinese-speaking patients with Extras cover to your provider, and handle the booking in Chinese.

How it works

  • Providers pay a service fee after a visit we arrange. No listing fee (final terms to be confirmed).
  • Partner providers appear first in lists and are always labelled "Partner provider"; our sorting rules are public.
  • We verify practitioners' Ahpra registration.
  • Patient information is used only to arrange appointments, and providers must comply with privacy law.

What we ask of partner providers

  • Follow Ahpra's rules on advertising health services: no testimonials about outcomes, no promises of results.
  • Any offer must come with clear terms.
  • Keep price information accurate and up to date.
