We are not a health insurer, insurance broker or agent. We do not sell, arrange, compare or recommend any insurance product, and we do not advise you to take out, change or cancel a policy.
No affiliation with insurers
We have no partnership, affiliation, agency or endorsement relationship with any private health insurer or its related brands, and we receive no commission or other payment from insurers. Insurer names, HICAPS and other third-party names and trademarks are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Providers and how we are paid
Health and related services are provided by independent providers, who are responsible for the services they deliver. Partner providers pay us a service fee after an appointment we arrange and are always labelled "Partner provider" on this website. This does not change the fees a provider charges you.

We collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Health-related information is sensitive information: we collect and use it only with your consent and only as needed to arrange your appointment, and we never sell your personal information. If you contact us on WeChat, your information may be stored by Tencent outside Australia. You can ask to access or correct your information at any time. If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
