Special features
For residents of all states benefits are payable for emergency ambulance transport costs occurring anywhere within Australia (including aerial ambulance) or where the use of an ambulance is directed by a hospital/medical practitioner due to the seriousness of a customer's condition. State government schemes operate in QLD and Tas.
