Product features

Crowns & Bridges limit increases by $100 a year from $800 to $1200. Physio, chiro & osteo limits increase by $120 a year to $1200. Sub-limits apply to chiro, osteo and exercise physiology. Includes Health Management Program limit of $200 per person and $400 per family policy. A higher psychology benefit ($80) may apply after Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan is used up for the remainder of the calendar year. Sub-limits may apply. Hearing aids limit increase from $800 to $1800 based on tenure. Per hearing aid is the total limit payable for hearing aids.

Other services

General dental has check-ups with service limits not in annual limits. Endodontic, Periodontic, Oral surgery & occlusal therapy - combined limit $500. Dentures - $800 every 3 yrs. Ortho accrues at $440/calendar yr up to lifetime limit of $2,640 for Orthodontist ($1,000 for General Dentist). On Optical claim up to $500 within a 2 yr period. Sublimit of $250 for contact lens/yr. includes mental health services (psychology, HCF-approved counselling, accredited mental health social worker and HCF-approved online cognitive behavioural therapy courses).
